Full-Mission gives you your page, your own custom domain (you set up the DNS, we guide you), and photos & attachments. Pro adds the premium bundle (a managed custom domain we register and run for you, Photo Pro with full-res + 5 GB, and the PDF Letter Book at homecoming) for an honest $20–$45 less than buying those pieces separately.

Mission length is known at signup for almost everyone (Elder = 24 months, Sister = 18 months), so the upfront ladder is the natural fit. Senior couples pick the 6 / 12 / 18 month option that matches their call.

If Mission Broadcast isn't working for you within 60 days of your purchase, email support@missionbroadcast.com and we'll refund your payment in full. No support-ticket gymnastics, no "are you sure?" detours. Replying to any billing receipt reaches the same inbox.

Refunds post back to the card on file, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. The guarantee applies to both plans: Full-Mission and Pro.

When your paid term ends you get a 30-day export window where you can download every letter and photo, generate a final PDF, and do whatever feels right. After that, the archive is removed.

Archive Keepalive (a way to keep the archive live online after the mission) is coming soon. The plan is $20/year on your own domain or the default subdomain, or $40/year if we're managing the domain for you. Until it's available, export your archive during the 30-day window above.

Yes. The PDF Letter Book is $35 à-la-carte and the hardcover book is $125, both available on any plan. Pro bundles the PDF along with Photo Pro and a managed domain, for an honest $20–$45 less than buying the pieces separately. The hardcover book ships separately whether you're on Full-Mission or Pro.

PdayEmails charges $99 for missions under 24 months, $149 for 24 months, and $199 for longer, and every plan includes a printed book. MyMissionLetters charges $29 for its email list. Mission Broadcast charges $50 to $150 by mission length, and that includes your own domain, the live mission map, the private archive, and site management by email from the field. Pick the term closest to the call. Your service clock doesn't start until you tap Activate site. New sites open in setup mode, so buying early never burns paid time, and you can send test letters to yourself in the meantime to get set up. If your missionary is already in the field when you sign up, pick the length that matches the time they have left. The clock still waits for you to activate. No penalty, no recalculation gymnastics.
