What's the difference between Monthly and Full-Mission?

Monthly is $7 charged each month, cancellable anytime — meant for trying it out or for short stints. Full-Mission is a single upfront payment that covers the whole term plus a 2-month wrap-up window. The effective rate is lower (down to $5.19/mo at 24 months) because we're not paying credit-card fees every month.

Mission length is known at signup for almost everyone — Elder = 24 months, Sister = 18 months — so the upfront ladder is the natural fit. Senior couples pick the 6 / 12 / 18 month option that matches their call.

How does the 60-day money-back guarantee work?

If Mission Broadcast isn't working for you within 60 days of your first purchase, email support@missionbroadcast.com and we'll refund the subscription fee in full — no support-ticket gymnastics, no "are you sure?" detours. Replying to any billing receipt reaches the same inbox.

Refunds post back to the card on file, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. The guarantee applies to every plan: Monthly, Full-Mission, and Pro.

What happens if my missionary stops emailing?

Auto-pause is built into every tier. On Monthly, we stop charging your card when activity quiets down and pick it back up when letters resume — you keep your archive and your subscribers either way.

On Full-Mission and Pro, the term countdown pauses too, so you don't lose paid-for months. Paused credit stays good for up to 24 months from the pause date.

What happens to the archive after the mission ends?

When your paid term ends you get a 30-day export window — download every letter and photo, generate a final PDF, do whatever feels right. After that, the archive is removed.

If you want the archive to stay live online after the mission, add Archive Keepalive: $20/year on your own domain or the default subdomain, or $40/year if we're managing the domain for you.

Is there a family discount?

Yes — if you've got more than one missionary at once, or a sibling heading out while another is still in the field, email us and we'll set up a multi-mission discount. (Final discount rate is being relocked alongside this tower; the prior 15% off is the working number.)

Can I add the Letter Book later if I start on Monthly or Full-Mission?

Yes. The PDF Letter Book is $25 à-la-carte and the hardcover book is $125 — both available to any tier. Pro bundles the PDF along with Photo Pro, managed domain, and whitelabel branding at roughly 25% off retail à-la-carte. The hardcover book ships separately whether you're on Monthly, Full-Mission, or Pro.

What if I'm not sure how long the mission will be?

Start on Monthly. The first month is free and you can switch to Full-Mission or Pro at any point — we'll prorate what you've already paid against the upfront plan. No penalty, no recalculation gymnastics.
